Global Placements will sit down with you and understand
your nurse staffing needs. This includes the number
of nurses required, the specialties needed, years of
experience, etc.

Background, Work and Educational Check -
Global Placements recruits nurses from diverse backgrounds
and with varying levels of experience.
Ensure nurses have passed the CGFNS/NCLEX-RN
and TOEFL exams -
Once we screen qualified nurses, we ensure that they
have passed all the required tests before they are eligible
for a U.S. visa. This includes the CGFNS test (nursing
skills), the TOEFL exam (written English skills) and
the TSE (spoken English skills).
Hospital interviews the candidates -
We offer you the choice of conducting the interviews
via telephone or in-person by flying down to India.
Decision from Potential Employer/Finalize candidates
–
We will sit with you and finalize the candidates that
you wish to hire. At this point you will have to sign
an agreement with the candidates, whom you wish to hire
acknowledging that you will be offering them a position
in your hospital and sponsoring their visa.
Visa Processing Begins –
At this point we will submit a visa petitions for each
nurse. Our legal staff will arrange for all the paperwork
required by the INS, you will simply have to sign the
visa petitions.
Waiting Period –
At this point the INS takes over. They will process
each visa petition and the process can take 6-12 months.
During this period, we will follow up with the INS regularly
to see if each application is being processed in a timely
manner. We will inform you once each candidate receives
a call for an interview with the US consulate.
Interview -
for a Visa at the US Consulate takes place.
Arrive in USA -
We will arrange for the nurse to travel to the USA
Practice as a permanent nurse in your hospital

You now have a full-time practicing nurse in your hospital.
